The Marshall Center will be hosting the "Seminar on Combating Weapons of Mass Destruction/Terrorism (SCWMD/T 13-5)" to be held 8-22 Mar 2013 in Garmisch, Germany.
You have funded Seat/s to send participant/s from your country with expertise and interest in combating weapons of mass destruction and terrorism. If your Country has more qualified nominees than you have guaranteed seats, you are welcome to send them in as alternates.

Please let us know NLT 18 Jan 2013 whether you accept this SCWMD/T allocation. This will give us enough time to be able to move the allocation to another agency/organization that would be requesting an additional allocation or submitting nominees as alternates.
The goal of SCWMD/T is to bring together senior interagency counter proliferation experts in order to explore the nexus between combating WMD and terrorism, and to investigate best practices, key knowledge requirements, common risks and threats, and key national security policy issues related to WMD and terrorism. Further, a common goal is to develop a managed network amongst these professionals.
The target nominee is a senior (GS-14/15, O-5/O-6 level) national security professional whose portfolio is related to interagency coordination of combating WMD and terrorism.
This is an ENGLISH ONLY program. Participants must have a minimum ECL of 80.
The nomination due date to receive the nomination form, a short CV/Biography and a passport scan is 01 Feb 2013.
